5. Customer adds in their details
6. Option to deliver to another address (if needed)
7. The website then takes payment for the product(s)
8. The website confirms that the product has been ordered and the user gets an order confirmation email
9. You get an email of the order confirmation
10. You access your admin control panel to view the order, print off packing slip, confirm shipment
11. You get your money
12. Product or service gets delivered
